RONALD McDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES GALA BALL

You know a client is serious about music when they hire you to the max! Friday 17th March 2017 saw us perform at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, for the annual Ronald McDonald House Charities Gala Ball.

RMHC have been helping families for over 25 years, providing free family accommodation whilst parent's children are in hospital. They provide a "home away from home" which enables parents to stay close during their child's care.

This year the charity opted for a High Society theme which went down a storm! Paparazzi, flapper dancers and pinstripe suits were all present, with plenty of swing music!

The charity really did go for it with the music, opting for virtually everything the Diamond Skyline Orchestra could provide! This included an 8-piece swing band during the drinks reception, a 6-piece swing band during dinner, two jazz duos, a full 19-piece big band and a 12-piece party band for dancing. Nearly 100 years worth of music in one evening...if there is another band in the country that can do that - we would love to see them!

The evening was a huge success, raising over £240,000 for the charity! You can still donate today by using the following link;

You can see what the guests thought of the evening by using the hashtag #RMHCgala on social media.

Thank you for reading!
